Return and Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer can request the modification or cancellation of the order/consultation already placed, by phone or by e-mail, on the same day in which the order was placed and only if the Provider confirms that the order has not been shipped or the consultation has not already been confirmed by the Client.

2. GOODS EXCEPT FOR RETURN
Digital products are sent only in electronic format (to the e-mail address specified in the order), so there are no physical products to be delivered to the customer.

Digital products (ebooks, online courses/services) are an exception to the usual return conditions as they are considered services by the legislation in force.

It is the Client’s obligation and responsibility to check the compatibility information and publicly available instructions on the website and to ensure that the digital products he intends to buy are compatible with the devices he intends to use, before making the purchase.

To the extent that the customer has received a valid download link, in according to the order placed on the website, it will be considered that the service that the Provider has undertaken to provide has been fulfilled and accepted by the client. The download links offered to the Client cannot be withdrawn once they have been sent, and, to the extent that they are functional under the conditions and for the devices specified on the website, it will be considered that the Provider has fulfilled all its obligations towards the Client. In these situations, it is not possible to return the value of these services.

In the event that the Customer purchases a digital product that is not compatible with his device and this incompatibility is specified publicly on the website, it will not be it is possible to return the value of the products as long as the Customer has been delivered a valid download link that works under the conditions specified on the website.
